Jared's Guarantee

No guarantee on:

· Bedding Plants (e.g., annuals, vegetables, hanging baskets, perennials)

· Houseplants

· Roses - other than shrub roses

· Ornamental Grasses

· Vines

· Small Fruits (e.g., raspberries, grapes)

· Bulbs

· Sod

Nursery Stock-Trees and Shrubs (Deciduous and Evergreen)

Nursery stock (except collected aspen) purchased at regular price, is guaranteed thru the growing season of the year purchased. This means if purchased in spring or summer, the material is guaranteed through October of the year purchased. We will replace the material one time. We will normally send someone to your home to verify the material is dead.

Guaranteed material will be replaced if dead, not if a portion of the plant is damaged or dead. We guarantee the nursery stock will survive, not that there may not be some dieback or damage due to shock, drought, weather conditions, mistreatment or other causes. In those situations, the plant will recover and will not be replaced.

Materials purchased late in the year (September through year end) is guaranteed to leaf out or candle out in the Spring of the following year.

There is no guarantee on collected aspen, unless purchased early in the season before leafing out or after leaves have dropped in the fall. In those cases, the aspen are guaranteed to for one tree trunk to leaf out

Nursery stock planted by Jared's Garden Center (for which there is an additional charge which covers labor and materials) has a one year guarantee (with the same conditions as previously stated). Exceptions include collected aspen, where the guarantee will be through October of the year planted.
